Tribal militants attack security outposts in Afghanistan's Nuristan province, firing rockets and rifles, killing eight American troops and two Afghan soldiers. The attack, which is to be follwed by the abandonment of one base, is the deadliest for U.S. troops in Afghanistan since July 13, 2008.
