Lionel Clement at Work

French-born chocolatier Lionel Clement is representing the U.S. in the World Chocolate Masters competition this year in Paris. He won the 2008 United States Masters of Chocolate, earning him the right to compete in the Paris chocolate competition. The competition runs from October 14th to 16th. Lionel Clement has spent a year training for 11 hour chocolate competition. He says he improves himself every year. Good luck Lionel! Take a look:
