Police said the son of the woman who lives in the upper flat admitted to chopping-up the body and placing it in a freezer. The man told police the victim was a homeless man who was already dead either of natural causes or a drug overdose. He said when he discovered the body, he did not know what to do with it so he dismembered it and placed it in zip lock bags and put it inside the freezer.
